La Taverna del Sette is a restaurant where medieval history is combined with the pleasure of being together around the table in front of the fireplace, always lit. Born by the will of the family in the ’70s, as a meeting place for friends, is now revisited by Gherardo who along with Sara, his wife, timid but rash. They have made it a place where food delicacies are combined with Umbrian culinary tradition and modern contaminations, such as homemade cappelletti hand-closed with truffles or capon broth. Over time, the restaurant has evolved, offering a selection of local meats cooked on the grill directly in the fireplace in the hall. Guests have access to a wide selection of Umbrian wines, national labels and the excellence of the production of extra virgin olive oil in the area. The restaurant has a suggestive outdoor courtyard where if the weather is good it is possible to have a meal.
